I gotta say, that book was kind of confusing.

This book was excellent!! I found it to have many unexpected twists & turns. A fast read. Highly recommend.

I give this book (Garlic and the witch) a 4/5 because it has 4 of the 5 things I think it needs to be a good graphic novel for me. These are the four things it does have, good drawings, good characters, good Quest, and good imagination, but it does not keep you that hooked.

Laughed out loud many times. I loved the dry irreverent humor combined with reflections on life and relationships

Harlan Coven is still my favorite author. Love the unexpected and a twist!

This book is a continuation of the Christy Miller series by Robin Jones Gunn, and is the last in the subsequent trilogy, Christy and Todd: The College Years. I would highly recommend these books to teen girls who want to learn more about growing up, as they track along with Christy's challenges and beautiful moments as she tries to live as a woman following God's will for her life.
