On the line
by Fern Michaels

I wanted the book to be more about the main character; however, over half the book was spent giving back history of his parents and grandparents…which could have been told in half the amount of time. Meh.

The 6:20 Man
by David Baldacci

I love David Baldacci’s books, and this one didn’t disappoint! He has written over 50 books; mists are series. I loved The Memory Man Series and John Puller Series. This book is one of his standalone books. I do enjoy those series and really getting to know a main character!! I could see how this could lead to a series if he so chose to (please!). I don’t want to give anything away, but I will say that the protagonist is a tad unrealistic. Other than that, it unraveled quickly the last 100 pages.

Step On A Crack
by James Patterson

I wanted to read Obsessed, then realized it was book 15 in the Michael Bennett series. Well, I couldn’t start there! I had to start at Book 1 - Step On A Crack - to see if I liked it ( even if it was “old”). I just found a new series to read! I was hooked by the mystery, by who would have thought I would have been crying reading it?!
